Scaffolding (part 1)
Today saw the erection of the first batch of scaffolding. We are told that it should be completed in the course of the next few days, but that further supplies have to come from another site. We wonder whether, with lots of stories of shortages of building materials in the media at present, this may be one of many delays to come. We have also noticed an absence of insulation panels on site so hope more of those will arrive soon. In the meantime the two blocklayers are making good progress with the the inner skin of the upper walls.
